Explore Majestic Lime Stone rock formations and Cave Stream, nestled in the Alps between Torlesse and Craigieburn Mountain Ranges. These limestone rock formations are the water-eroded remnants of limestone formed during the Oligocene age 30-40 million years ago when the sea covered much of present-day New Zealand. Castle Hill area is one of the highest energy places in New Zealand. A special cultural, spiritual and historical significance to Ngai Tahu who named it Kura Tawhiti (treasure from afar)
Located in Narnia from the movie “The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe”. Cave Stream is a 362 metre long cave with spectacular limestone outcrops.
